Personalised Digital Books

Each digital book is made just for you (or your little hero!). Once your book is created, it will be stored in your private digital library for 18 months from the date of purchase. After that time, it may be removed from our system, so we recommend printing it before then if you’d like to keep it forever.

Printed Books & Delivery

Our printed books are made to order with lots of love and care. Please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery, depending on your location.

We deliver to a range of countries. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are just that—estimates. You’ll get a more specific timeframe once your shipping address is confirmed.

Offers, Discounts & Coupons

- Promotional offers or coupon codes are valid for one use per transaction, but you can use different codes on separate purchases while they’re active.

- Discount codes cannot be applied to past orders or combined with other offers.

- Unless stated otherwise, discounts do not apply to shipping or delivery fees.

- Offers are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

- We may share special promotions via email or social media, so keep an eye out or subscribe to stay in the loop.

Custom Products & Refunds

As each book is personalised, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind. If there’s a printing issue or your order arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Your Responsibility

Please double-check all customisation details (name, appearance, spelling, etc.) before placing your order. Once a book is sent to print or finalised digitally, we can't make further edits.

Intellectual Property

All Pombogon content, including stories, illustrations, and designs, are protected by copyright and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our permission.
