It's easy! When you select a story, you’ll be guided through a few simple steps to personalize your child’s name, appearance, and a few magical details. You'll see a preview before you place your order.

If you ordered a digital version of your book, it will be available to you a few seconds after your purchase. Your digital books will go into your own library that you can access any time.

Your digital book will be safely stored in your Pombogon Library for 18 months from the date of purchase. After that, it may be removed—so we recommend printing them if you'd like to keep it forever.

We do! We currently ship to a range of countries. You’ll be able to select your delivery destination at checkout and view estimated delivery times and shipping costs before completing your order.

Because every book is custom-printed just for you, we're unable to make changes once your order is confirmed. Please double-check all details (especially names and spelling!) before submitting.

As each book is made to order, we don’t offer refunds or returns for change of mind. But if your book arrives damaged or there’s a printing issue, just reach out to us at support@pombogon.com and we’ll sort it out for you.

Absolutely! You can personalize a book for a child you love, and share it with another Pombogon user (this feature will be available soon!). If you are getting a printed version you can select the address you want to send it to and even add a dedication message. You will soon also be able to add a photo on it!
