We partner with a global network of expert printers in locations including the United States and Europe. To ensure the best speed and quality, your order will be printed on demand and shipped from the partner facility best suited for your order.


Order Processing & Printing Time

All our books are specially printed for you when you place an order. Please allow 2-5 business days for us to print, quality-check, and package your book(s) before they are shipped.

You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account on our website and visiting your Order History page.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a separate notification email containing your tracking number.


Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of your order. The total time to receive your order is the Processing Time (2-5 business days) + Shipping Time.

Because we ship from multiple locations, shipping times can vary depending on the origin of the shipment and your delivery address. While we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, please note that shipping times can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, public holidays, and carrier processing times.

Here are our general estimated shipping times by region:

- United States: 3-5 business days

- United Kingdom: 3-7 business days

- Europe: 5-10 business days

- Australia & New Zealand: 7-14 business days

- Canada: 7-14 business days

- Rest of the World: 10-20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination. You will be able to see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking & Carriers

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

We use a variety of reliable local and international shipping carriers to deliver our orders (such as FedEx, USPS, Royal Mail, and others). The specific carrier will be listed when you make your purchase.

If you have not received your tracking information within 6 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder and then contact us.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival in the destination country, as your order may be shipped from an international location.

- The customer is responsible for all customs and import charges.

- We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

- Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to our printing partner as "undeliverable," we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at the customer's expense.
