Issues Eligible for a Refund or Replacement

We will gladly offer a full refund or send a free replacement copy if you receive a book with any of the following issues originating from our printing process:

- Significant printing errors (e.g., ink smudges, smeared text).

- Errors in the book's construction (e.g., incorrect cover placement, binding issues).

- Letters or pages that are not fully visible.

- Spelling mistakes or content errors made by us.

- The item was damaged during shipping.

Issues Not Eligible for a Refund or Replacement

Our books are personalised using the exact text and details you provide during the ordering process. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

- Misspelled names of characters provided by the customer.

- Any other spelling errors, typos, or incorrect details submitted by the customer in the customisable fields.

We strongly advise you to review all personalised details thoroughly in the preview before placing your order to ensure everything is correct.
